Place Static Information on the Charts

I would be grateful for your help.

I want to be able to place some information on my charts so that when I move between timeframes, the information doesn't move. If I place, let say:

"Weekly - Price UP"

"Daily - Price UP",

"Hunt for LONGS ONLY"

I would like that information to remain static on a specific location on the chart no matter which timeframe I am on.

Please help.
