What is update 1.38.65534 for ctrader downloaded version ?

Lately my cTrader downloaded version has updated 1.38.65534 and asked me to restart every time.
It did it just now 20th oct 2016, on 13th Oct 2016 and one time before. I have noticed it previously, that it updates relatively often. But it is not the big updates with new features etc.
Am worried that it is some settings that gives the broker an advantage, that they finally found a way to foul cTrader.
It does not affect my trading as I do not scalp that much.
Just find it strange.
It seems to affect my connection speed - here this last time. Before the update it was 60/65 or max 65/90. After this update it is 80/100 or even 80/200. maybe just a coincidence.
Anyone ?
