cTrader can't start. Exception #38308273

After the last autoupdate FxPro cTrader can't start with the error "Exception #38308273 in FxPro cTrader 1.38.65534.34960". Is it possible to solve this issue?

Today, as 06 October 2016, autoupdate didn't solve the issue. I still get the message "Exception #38308273 in FxPro cTrader 1.38.65534.34968" while trying to start the program.
