My Broker cTrader,Installing the Wrong Broker ctrader- URGENT

HI

im facing a very strange issue, today my ctrader stopped working, i download the ctrader from my Pepperstone account but when i try to install it keep installing MAX FX ctrader. 

i contacted Pepperstone support team and after 30 minutes they couldn't fix it, and they are trying to find a solution for it.  

i did all clean installation as Spotware guideline for windows 10 and i did all steps 3 times,

from here http://help.spotware.com/troubleshooting , and didn't fix the issue 

setup file im downloading from Pepperstone has this name ctrader-pepperstone-setup.exe , after running it is showing 

MAX FX, screenshot, http://prntscr.com/c92tyt

My Pc is new system with windows 10  and i never installed any other ctrader from another broker.

I hope i can receive a support regarding this issue.

Hi

For traders facing the same issue, i searched the last 24H to find a solution and nothing worked. 

by luck my router went down, and i connected to my second Router which is from different ISP, and suddenly i found out the Pepperstone cTrader can be installed now 

i saw many posts in some forums which traders are complaining about Port 80 and with their ISP they can not login to cTDN, i think my issue also was related to some port blocking !!! im not sure just guessing. 

it was wired experience
