Uninstall & Install cTrader in Win 10 Then doesn't Work

Uninstall & Install cTrader in Win 10 Then doesn't Work

I install cTrader Platform in my pc Win 10, It works Properly.
after that I had to Uninstall It for some reason so i download and install it again
Now it occurred an error that it say:
An error occurred attempting to install RoboForex c Trader.

so i follow the path an i go to the C:\Users\Mehrdad\AppData\Local\Temp\VSD2FF1.tmp\install.log'. it shows a note that you can see the screenshot:

​furthermore i download it again and install but this error still remain and does not work

Dear Trader,

You should perform clean installation of cTrader. Here is how you do it 

  1. Close any running instance of cTrader or cAlgo.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Hold down the Windows key and press R, this will open the Run dialog box. Enter appwiz.cpl to open the Programs and Features component of Windows.
  4. Uninstall cTrader (also cAlgo if installed).
  5. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps and press OK.
  6. Delete the 2.0 folder, and close Windows Explorer.
  7. Hold down the Windows key and press R to re-open the Run dialog box, and enter %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming and press OK.
  8. Delete the following folders; cTrader, %BROKERNAME% cTrader, %BROKERNAME% cAlgo, %BROKERNAME% cTraderUsers, %BROKERNAME% -cTraderCommon then close Windows Explorer.
  9. On the Start Menu click on Documents, and rename the cAlgo and cTrader folders and restart computer.
  10. Restart the computer.
  11. Download and install cTrader (and cAlgo)
