LOGGED OUT AS ECONOMIC DATA IS RELEASED WHEN TRYING TO PLACE TRADE

For the second consecutive time i am logged out of ctrader when trying to place a trade when an economic data release is made.

This is the second consecutive time is has occurred.  I am livid.

I get a message, after making the trade, saying i am not logged in and there is not account to log in to.

I have taken this up with Pepperstone again today. Last time they told me they could not see any reason why i was logged out.

But clearly this is an issue either with Pepperstone or ctrader.

PLEASE REPLY as you ignored my previous post.  I also noted one other trade, with ICmarkets, had the same issue so maybe this is a ctrader server issue?
