Workspace created in cTrader web doesn't sync to cTrader desktop nor cTrader app (Android/IOS)

I built a workspace and chart templates in the cTrader web with my cTrader ID. I then installed the application on my phone and nothing from the web synced to the app. Why is this issue still exist after 9 years. I have seen this issue one of the user has raised 9 years ago.
