Demo account ist not to be found on the app

Hello guys,
 

I can’t access my demo funded account on the ctrader app, despite logging in with the same email  as the prop firm email. On the ctrader website I can find the demo funded account, yet when I launch the ctrader app, the account isn’t to be found, and I cant or not sure how to add it. I cant reach ctrader support team, can anyone kindly help me with this issue. Thanks for helping.
