Accidentally clicked on "I am a US citizen"

Hello there. I was using VPN to log into instagram(currently blocked in Turkey), and VPN connected me to a US IP address. I closed my instagram and checked my cTrader app and it recognized the US IP address and asked me if I was a US citizen or not and I accidentally clicked on I am a US citizen which I am not in fact. I can not use my cTrader account on my phone.

Could you please help me with this issue?

How can I fix this issue?

Try uninstalling the application and reinstalling it.
