My prop firm (ascendx) allows us clients and uses ctrader now multiple trades later its kicking me out

My prop firm (ascendx) allows us clients and uses ctrader now multiple trades later its kicking me out

I have made multiple trades on my account on the web and on the mobile app. Now today it is kicking me out of the mobile app because im a us resident although my prop firm allows us residents. Please help.

Hi there,

cTrader does not allow US residents to use the application unless the broker is regulated in the US.
