Prop firm challenge

Hi Team,

I recently purchased a prop firm account from funded elite and i have traded using my phone and laptop ! 
 

i was able to clear both the phases of the account, but they did not approve me of the funding stating that i have used different ip address for trading which may state that i have used account mangement service.

could you please check the ip address Used while trading.
