issue in a sell limit Trade from 22/04/24 Eur/USD

Hi, today i put a trade sell limit in eur usd and it didnt activate, the price took 2 times in the sell limit and it showed me an icon of blocked, i dont know why and i am very frustrated because it was 1:3 and i would pass the phase 1.
