App Ctrader mobile Crashes after Android 14 update

Hello,

I haven't seen this thread before but it seems to be the exact same problem I‘ve reported here:

My issue also started after a system update, last week.

For reference: 

Model: Pixel 8. Same Android version and build number.

Hopefully the development team will soon find a solution for this.

I tried both broker and cross-broker versions. Both have the same issue.

Hi Panagiotis,

Both cross-broker and broker versions. I also checked a broker version and the issue still remains.

So far, it looks like this issue is related to the pixel phones only.

I want to inform that I've just updated the the cTrader cross-broker app (Android) to v. 4.8.54458 and that it seems to be working properly now!!

Ctrader app for FTMO and TopFX not working

My app is not working after installing the Android OS update on my Pixel 8. Please advice. i don't see any update have these brokers been advised to add an update to the Play Store?

The update is only released for cTrader cross broker application at the moment. Use that one instead

Cross broker version gets the updates first, broker versions follow. Otherwise, there are no significant differences between the applications.
