IC Markets cTtader Not Responding running on Win Server 2012 R2 VPS???

I installed cTrader, which I downloaded from the ICMarket client download page.

Everything is fine, i.e., browsing 10.0.1 10.0.0.1 https://happymod.site/ the chart, opening the link in the 'Copy' tab, but once i tried to load an instance in the 'Automate' tab, it would freeze and not respond.

I tried loading an instance from the demo cBot provided by Spotware (other than my cBots) in the application as well, but to no avail; it still freezes.

Thank you for reporting this issue. Could you please send us some troubleshooting information the next time this happens? Please paste a link to this discussion inside the text box before you submit it. 

If you can also record a video of what you are looking at, it would be helpful
