Need help, Position's Detail screen prompted message created new ID and close the DID219944 from PID56422, im in LOSS!

Need help urgently to recover back my l osses.

1.Position's Detail screen prompted message created new ID and close the DID219944 from PID56422 while scrolling and then clicking with two fingers, another newly created one is PID56424. This morning around 6am Malaysia time!

2. Previously, i faced scrolling and clicking fast on Position blank space screen and it closed my PID records automatically too….?!

3.Malaysia Funda Market could not believe these happened to me. 

Im in LOSS waiting for your recovery to my loss amount asap! Thank you very much, Khoo+60178780695.

You should talk to your broker for execution issues.
