How I fix this error inn ctrader app

On my mobile app I have five numbers after the whole NOK. So after the comma. This recently cost me 400,000 NOK (40,000 USD). When I got the wrong position closed. Is there any way to fix this error? I hear from others that they do not have five decimal places.

Another thing: How do I set up ctrader so that my sell and buy positions are displayed separately, and under each tab in the ctrader app for mobile?
