Alerts - delay

Hi, I use an android phone. 

Tradingview, MT4, alerts come live with no issue. Then there is cTrader

I've given the cTrader Mobile all permissions - autostart, keep awake, everything I could; same as the two competitors mentioned above.

Yet, alerts come with delay. Usually cTrader would only trigger an alert if I check my phone.

For instance, let's say eurusd hit parity at 12:00. The alert does not trigger until I actually pick up my phone and unlock my screen. And I know that because I get neither a notification nor a sound. The email gets in time, but hte push notification ariives whenever I check it. The phone's connection is on, everything else (and the competitors' alerts) work. So if I decide to check on WhatsApp at 12:08 that is when I would get the alert. Once the push notificaiton arrived 2 hours after the alert was triggered.

Is there something I can fix for this?
