Expert Advisor - Opening orders on iphone help

Does anyone know if I can install a trade management EA for risk management and position sizing then open orders on my iphone and how? I can do this with MT4 on the laptop but not on the phone, I don't carry my laptop around so i'll need to be able to trade on my phone with the EA working if possible. Thanks.
