Push Notifications & Email Notifications not being received

Hello,

I am not receiving push notifications on my Apple iPhone, however I am also not receiving email notifications also - I also use CTrader Desktop and these alerts are not coming through when being set on the desktop.

This is for all notification types (TP / SL / Trade Entered / Price Alert etc)

I have sent over the troubleshooting by clicking the logo on the app 7 times

Broker - ICMarkets
