IOS Notifcations not working

Hi, I'm having problems with my IOS app notifications not working. Notifications are enabled in both the iphone settings and the app settings and I get email notifications coming through. I have tried reinstalling a few times also. My account number is 4002213 and I have uploaded info for troubleshooting by pressing the logo multiple times
