IOS Push notifications not working.

Hello, I am not getting any notifications for Raw trading account. 

I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 times. Non of the notifications work except emails. 

 

Device IOS. 

Broker: IC markets. 

I contacted ic markets and advised to contact you.

Please provide us with your account number and send us some troubleshooting information from your application the next time this happens. To do so, please tap 7 times on the logo inside the main menu.
