iOS notification allerts - push on app dosen't work

hello

Since a longer time I have an issue with push notification on my iOS app ver. 4.2.54297 I don’t get the notification via app (price and postion allerts – stop loss, etc.) they are marked on app. See the attachment. There are moments wenn it works, but only a coupple times, then it stops working.

The notification are allowed in iOS setup for this app aswell.

Can you check the issue, it may be something by the server side  ? I have already reinstaled the app couple times, unfortunetly it dosent fixed the issue.

anyone have any tips ? 

as a spare I made a notification via email, but will be much better get it via app
