Cannot log in to ctrader account

Hi I can’t log into my c trader account it said incorrect credentials and after I reset the password it log me into a demo account. What happen to my active trading account I can’t log in to it.

please help

Hi Thi,

Please make sure you are using your broker's mobile application and not Spotware cTrader Beta.
