No push notifications

I’m not getting any push notifications on the IC Market ctrader. I’m using iPhone 11 IOS 13.3.1

Before creating a topic, I made sure to reinstall the application. And before, I had no problems with the application and with push notifications. A friend on IOS has the same problems.
So I repeat, take the incident to work.

I am using the latest, up-to-date version, and I repeat, I have not encountered such problems before.
I checked in the Ctrader settings both on the website and in the application, everything is up to date.
E-mail newsletter arrives, no push notification.
