unable to remove take profit trigger

I Trade the US30 index using IC Markets. I have multiple trades open both in LONG and SHORT positions. I leave them both running so I know it is hedged and I will not get margin called. on the 6th of January at 11:27pm, I use the mobile app to modify my 60 LONG positions to not have a take profit trigger. I have a history log of the times I have tried to modify the position to remove the take profit trigger and it seemed to only have move them to different positions. On the last modification, on my phone the take profit trigger disappeared so I went to sleep. I woke up and checked I had a notification that I have been margin called and all of my positions have been closed. this issue has resulted in my balance of approximately $65,000 to be gone. IC markets advised the history log only shows that I have modified the position and not removed the take profit trigger. The log shows I have modified the position 6 times within 20 seconds which clearly shows that I was attempting to remove the take profit trigger. Why I would keep moving the take profit trigger 6 times in 20 seconds? the market was not even near the trigger.
