Tapping in Position Line Mostly Does Nothing

If I do the sequence in cTrader Mobile (Android Phone):

Watchlist -> Choose Symbol -> Position (any) -> Tap,

NOTHING happens, almost all the time i.e a blank page.

Only SOMETIMES does it show a chart i.e, maybe after 5 tries !

If I now do the sequence in the same application:

Watchlist -> Choose Symbol -> Chart (i.e [ □ ] symbol) -> Tap,

you get the chart plus the position indicator (if any).

i.e The first method above is HIGHLY unreliable and

frustrating to use, since it just doesn't work most of the time.

What is happening here?
