Hi,

I'm using tradeview markets iPhone app with a demo account and alerts only pop up if you're on the app at the exact moment when alert is triggered. I have double checked all iPhone settings and ctrader app settings to make sure push notifications are enabled but the notifications still do not work.

Push notifications

Hello, 

whenever I set pending orders I do not receive push notifications on my mobile when orders are triggered. Price alerts work fine, but I’m never notified of new orders being filled, take profit being hit, etc. 

I have the push notifications tab turned on in settings. 
 

is there a way to resolve this?

Please go to your ID Site Notifications page and check if these notifications are checked
