cTrader app - iOS - Push audio notifications have no sound

Dear cTrader team and community members, I would like to report the following problem.

I use an iPhone X (iOS 12.4) with the following cTrader apps:

Pepperstone
iCMarkets
Roboforex

with none of these apps (v3.3.54151 or v3.4.54170) push notifications do have audio.

Did any of you have the same problem? Do you have a solution?

Hi mukkacow,

Thanks for posting in our forum. Please make sure that the notifications sound is turned on for the application. See below

Hi Panagiotis, thanks for your message. Settings are identical except for the fact that I also set the permanent notification. I think that the problem may be caused by the fact that the apps do not yet officially support iOS 12.4 :-(

Hi mukkacow,

We tried this on iOS 12.4 but seems to be working fine. Could you please send us some troubleshooting information. To do so please tap seven times on the logo in the main menu and then press Submit.

I have installed iOS 13.0 beta 3 and now push sound alerts seem to be working again. Thanks
