I lost the charts during trade

Hi,

Ctrader on pc is perfect, I have nothing to complain about. But Ctrader on Mac is a nightmare, there are a lot of problems. The worst of them is losing my chart during trading, sometimes for 15-30 seconds. I do scalping so it's very stressful. I trade on the same wifi as my Pc to see, so it's not my connection. Usually the the green dot telling that I'm connected is there during those blackouts. Someone know what is going on ?
