Indicators not showing - EMA's SMA's

Hi all, I am not able to get indicators to appear on Ctrader. From what I can see its on all symbols, I have created a template with the indicators that I want to use on however when applying them on any chart nothing shows… have tried to log in and out, there is nothing in viewing options for me to select… not sure what to do here now. 

Indicators being used are 

EMA - 200 100 50 

SMA - 200, 28, 20

cTrader version 5.2.27

Have included a screenshot below - as you can see they are not hidden
