HELP Please!!

Hello people 

I've been trying to figure out how to edit my horizontal line so that I can see the exact price of where I put my horizontal line. ( white arrow in picture) And also trying to figure out how I can get to this ( in this case ) horizontal line edit bar  (Blue arrow) Like in this picture : 

Right now its looking like this in my c trader : 

The only way to get to some sort of edit bar for my horizontal line is what you see in the second picture, but there are less options through this way.

Is there anybody who can help me please?
