can not register indicator

I've bought an indicator from a group I'm in and when I try to open it, it says “the indicator is not registered” When I contact the group, they ask me to give the codes in the activation box. There is no activation box. Others in the group are using it fine. So it does work but not on my Mac.

I've reinstalled both CTrader and the indicator, but the result is the same. 

Any suggestions?
