Hi there,

Can you please provide more information about your issue? When does the application close? Can you record a video? What do you mean with preset commands?

Every day when I go out and come back it is already closed and I only get a window where it says that c trader closed unexpectedly

When the window appears again I will take a screenshot and send it in this conversation

Application closes or disconnect too regularly and multiple connection before access

Every day, i have to reconnect at least 10 times, because the application closes suddenly. And when i try to connect, it crashes from itself without no reason. have to try at least 5 to 7 times before i can access. Currently working on demo, but can not use it in real trading because it is very annoying and make waste too much time. I am using version 5.2.40
