Mismatched trades between SP and subscriber

hi, i am subscribed to this signal https://ct.spotware.com/copy/strategy/86201. SP closed off his strategy a few times and I got a few strange and unexplained and untraceable trades for NOKJPY. Please refer 3Jan2025 onwards. I quit the strategy on 2Jan2025 that might explained why the 2 trades were closed off since I quit the strategy. Then i resumed. 

From 3Jan2025, SP was the one that closed off his strategy, and i later resumed. On each resumption, the NOKJPY was copied into my subs acct. I dont understand why I CANT FIND these trades on SP account given that he closed off the strategy and later resume as SP. Each closure meant that NOKJPY was closed off and when i assume these 2 trades (BUY + SELL) were copied AGAIN into my account. The last was on 13Jan2025. SP has yet to have any open trades as I didnt have any for today till now (3.40PM, GMT+8), and still i didnt FIND ANY NOKJPY trades in his history to match. Could spotware pay some attention into these trades that were copied repeatedly into my subs account WITHOUT any trace of them being in SP's account and help me understand whether this is a bug or just something i didnt understand
