No open positions on the strategy account provider

Hello guys!
Could you please clarify why there are no open positions from my copy strategy provider?
But when I started to follow him 4 positions open and then 2 more added
But when you take a look at strategy page there is no evidence that 6 positions are open
Moreover, before starting to copy strategy it's said that stop loss is automatically set to $50. Now it's -$75 and positions are still open
