accounts not showing on cTrader

I created two new accounts by using “+Follow” in copy trade leaderboard. The accounts show up on my Bluestarfx site with the funding balance correctly but when I go to cTrader using the drop down at top right of page where it lists my accounts, the new ones do not show and they are not in the hidden accounts. I am still somewhat of a novice  but I thought this part was simple but I cannot seem to access the new accounts via cTrader. 

They are funded but the balance has not changed since creation so no trades have been preformed since they created earlier today. 

Any guidance out there?  Thanks!
