Copying Non-Existent Positions

Copying Non-Existent Positions

Hello. Please I need your help.

This happens to me almost everytime I try to copy a provider.

 

These are the positions of the strategy provider:

 

However, once I copy them, a Buy and a Sell position almost at the same price level always appear, and they are not related to the instruments being traded by the strategy provider. As shown here:

 

It seems that the providers grow their account everyday, but I keep having this NOKJPY everytime I try to copy anyone, and it doesn't change or grow for a long time.

Hi there,

What you have highlighted on the strategy's page is not the strategy's position but the strategy's deals. It seems that the strategy provider has these positions permanently open.
