How to prevent copying Orders in progress.

Hi guys, is there any way to prevent the customer from copying orders in progress?

I'm testing the copy, but I realized that with Start Copy the system takes positions that are already open and opens them in the client's account, this is dangerous.

Ex: I had an order with a positive 40 USD, the client copied the order, the market was against it, I closed with 20 USD in profit, but in this scenario the client was left with a loss of 20, as it entered the middle of the path.
