Scam Alert broker EMAR Markets

Hello CTrader community,

I wanted to bring to your attention that there are brokers and traders using this platform who may not have the best intentions.

Here’s the situation:

A trader, whose name will be disclosed soon, approaches potential targets in his signals room. His signals are somewhat profitable and appear legitimate. After establishing a connection, he offers copy trading services on CTrader and persuades people to sign up with his broker, EMAR Markets, or others. Then, without warning, he recklessly depletes the account, no mercy. The result is that the funds in your copy trading account are now divided between him and the broker.

I have placed an equity stop loss on my copy trading and approximately 70% of my capital remains intact and is currently with the broker. I have attempted to withdraw it, but they are refusing to release it. My own deposits in my balance account are being held without any given reason. They have also stopped responding to messages.

I hope to recover my funds and I hope this information helps other traders avoid similar situations. It’s time for CTrader (Spotware) to enhance their policies and controls to prevent such incidents.
