Problem creating new strategy

Problem creating new strategy

Hello,

There is a problem in creating a strategy, it won't let me continue because when I want to fill in the account that is used for fees, it only shows the account I want to start the strategy with, the rest are not shown. There is only 1 account in the list, even though I have 4. Anyone has this same issue?

Hi there,

The account needs to belong to the same broker and be on the same server as the provider account. You should talk to your broker regarding this.

Thanks, problem solved. It was related to the server.
