FP Market account is not copying the position of a strategy.

FP Market account is not copying the position of a strategy.

I am trying to get support on a specific account from FP Markets that is not copying the positions of a specific strategy and I cannot figure out why. It is copying correctly other strategies, but the one that interests me is not. The strategy is on IC Market Broker and the account copying is on FP Markets. 

Can you help me out?

Hi there,

This could be caused by differences in leverage or the traded symbols missing from your broker.
