Strategy not coying
Strategy not coying

Dear CTrader team @PanagiotisCharalampous @Spotware
I hope all is well with you.
I have invested in a copy strategy but it seems like it's not copying at all. Even though the master trader is working business as usual, I am still zero. My other strategies are working well so this is definitely not a problem with my broker.
Would you please check this as soon as possible. I have already lost more than U$2K of profits in the last days by not copying it.

Please provide us with the following information
- Strategy name
- Your follower account number and your broker.
- Screenshots from history for the Strategy and your account showing that the trades are missing

The instrument being traded should not be a problem as it is being copied successfully in the other strategy. The leverage also shouldn't be a problem as I have high leverage and funds are also material enough, so I have no idea why it's not working.

I just spoke to Konstantinos Therapis from supportteam@fpmarkets.com and he said they have nothing to do with this, it has to be checked directly with the service provider.
What do you reckon we should do in this case?
Clearly something is wrong in either the platform or broker, if a meeting is necessary please let me know.

Hi Guilherme,
Our assessment is that trading is disabled by the broker and it's their responsibility to help you, since you are their client, not ours. If they cannot figure out how to solve the problem, they should contact us directly.
