Spotware should prohibit changing email and Ctrader ID accounts

I believe that spotware should remove the possibility of changing the Ctrader ID and also the account email after the user creates the first strategy for providing copy.

This measure would prevent traders with a bad and fraudulent history from continuing to operate within the platform.
