Positions didn’t copy to others.

I am an SP, most people have a profit after closed positions, and the rest have a loss day, even though they have the same broker and a larger deposit than mine.
The balance was 22400 before closing positions , than if i do 11% profit the balance must be 25500 like this. 
It not updated and some People have profit and some not. 
White screen it is my closing positions , other one is guy who get profit but the balance on site strategy not updated , and last one is guy who have bigger balance than me and he was copy me from 1 day. Please help…
