I am an SP, most people have a profit after closed positions, and the rest have a loss day, even though they have the same broker and a larger deposit than mine.
The balance was 22400 before closing positions , than if i do 11% profit the balance must be 25500 like this.
It not updated and some People have profit and some not.
White screen it is my closing positions , other one is guy who get profit but the balance on site strategy not updated , and last one is guy who have bigger balance than me and he was copy me from 1 day. Please help…

You joking with that? I have evidence that 5 people have the problem I described and the rest have been well-accounted for.
Yesterday the day ended with a profit of 12% and 5 people have a loss of -10% and I use IC and they use Topfx and everything is 1:1 there. Im down -3,000$ for it and people same.

One more question. few people have everything good but few have problem. All my copiers using topfx broker. so if the few people have all good so than why my balance on strategy not updated?

One more , there is missing something like 3000$, as I said in the first post. Really please try solve it becouse people lose money yesterday but the problem is not my..

Boss, all my copiers using topfx broker. All of them have higher balance than main.
50% people earn normally but rest 50% people have lose for this day. Where is the problem?

We have checked your followers accounts and the trades have been rejected due to low margin in their accounts. This was clearly described in the points I have shared above. If your followers thing this should not be the case, they should contact their broker.
