trades not being copied on copy account

trades not being copied on copy account

None of my copy strategies have copied trades today. The trades are listed on the strategies, but were not copied.

One of the strategy providers:


my copy account for that strategy:

I have two venues - IC Markets and FX Pig and I am copying the same strategies on both. The copying worked on FXPig, but failed on IC Markets
