There were two ghost trades appear on my copy account trading history

There were two ghost trades appear on my copy account trading history

HI, as you can see. there were 2 ETHUSD trades opened on 1 Sep and closed on 16 Oct. none of them were happened on the master account or any other copy accounts. can you explain what happened. what's going on behind there? Thanks

I don't think that's the case of changing balance if you see it clearly. 

I have already reported to my broker. waiting for their investigation. No one wants to wake up one day and find their money have gone for no reason.

latest update from my broker. they also need to check with spotware
