Copy is not showing

My 2226588 account on Ctrader Desktop has an allocation in Copy called "Wriggle" with a balance of USD 584.96 at this time. However, when accessing Ctrader via desktop, this account no longer appears on desktop, only on mobile. You're having trouble viewing her copy. Please give priority to this resolution because I want to see my capital on desktop and not just on mobile. Look forward. Thank you!
