Copy trading positions closed wrongfully

Greetings,

Regarding to a prior conversation from my broker (Errante) with cTrader support a MOO order created on my copier accounts when I deposited a sum on my Strategy Provider account and caused an unwanted loss on September 11 on market open. I will provide position IDs and account numbers below. I want to know why this problem occurs on my Errante accounts but not on my FIBO account. 
Please advise.

Then why this didn't happen on FIBO account?

εquity to equity readjustment takes place only on accounts where it is necessary.
