Ctrader Strategy showing as invisible although all requirements have been met

Ctrader Strategy showing as invisible although all requirements have been met

My strategy shows to me as invisible, investors can search and find however I cannot see it on the main page when I try the filters. I have adhered to all the requirements for my strategy to be publicly available. Can someone help with this?
